Piped Dreams May Half-Term Baking Camp “Picnic in the Park” Edition Location: The King Alfred School Kitchen Time: 10am–3pm Age: 8–12 Price: £150 for both days Join us for “Picnic in the Park” themed baking camp the April school holidays. Over two delicious days we’ll be baking, decorating and creating colourful treats inspired by spring in the park. The star of the camp is our giant collaborative cake installation. Each child will bake and decorate their own mini cake, then we’ll combine them into one spectacular edible park scene. Together we’ll pipe green grass, and make edible trees, ponds, flowers, dogs, balls and springtime details to build a joyful cake landscape. We’ll also make fresh picnic-style sandwiches. Spring has well and truly sprung - and we'll have the bakes to prove it. Each child will receive : • their own Piped Dreams apron for the two days • a cookery notebook to record recipes and skills • a bag full of bakes to take home Please bring a packed lunch and water bottle. (No nuts, no meat.) Come and bake with us at The King Alfred School Kitchen for two colourful, creative days of baking.
